Làm nóng chảo, cho tương đối nhiều dầu ăn, phi hành cho thơm rồi đổ cá vào chiên cho cá săn lại. Khi thấy cá chín vàng, bạn nhanh tay đổ hỗn hợp nước chua ngọt ở trên vào, tiếp tục rang đến khi nước cạn, quyện đều vào cá. Lúc này sử dụng mức lửa nhỏ bạn nhé!
